Delivery and Returns
Delivery charge will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your order and location.
We will endeavour to deliver goods within the dates stated during the order process and if this is not possible, we will contact you to agree an alternative date. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
In case plants have been damaged during delivery, we will require photographic evidence to be provided within the first 24h from the delivery. If the damage has been caused during delivery, we will cover the return postage and a refund or replacement product.
If you have received the wrong item, we need to be informed within the first 24h from the delivery. We will cover the return postage and a refund or replacement product will be supplied.
In case you change your mind and would like to return any non-perishable item, it can be returned for a fixed fee within 7 days.
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we are unable to accept returns.
